SUMMER CAMP - LAKE DISTRICT

A weekend of martial arts training and outdoor activities in the Lake District for all the family. There will be two martial arts seminars on Saturday and Sunday morning followed by outdoor activitites in the afternoon. There is a wide choice of outdoor pursuits to choose from eg.

Rockclimbing, Abseiling, Ghyll Scrambling, Canoeing/Kayaking, Mountain Biking, Via Ferrata, Caving, Archery, Tyrolean Gorge Crossing, Raft Building, Viking Boating etc.

FELL WALKING

Various fell walks will be organised throughout the year. Normally held on a Sunday these walks vary from easy low level walks in Lancashire to mountain walks in the Lake District and even a crossing of Morecambe Bay sands in aid of Galloways Society for the blind.
